Sanjay Kumar is a chef with a passion, a passion for sardines, not the most glamorous of fish perhaps but environmentally and economically a very valuable one. In less than half an hour he succinctly puts across the importance of sustainable fishing practises for both the communities that depend on them and the fish stock, and most importantly, what the consumer can do to help. For once its not all doom and gloom, far from it.
